2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the website, we process contact details and correspondence, optional account or newsletter data, and technical security information such as IP address, session identifier, timestamps and basic HTTP request data.
We do not make decisions with legal effects solely by automated means and do not profile website users for advertising.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- answering inquiries, preparing quotations and taking pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- handling correspondence, security and legal claims under our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- providing requested account services under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- sending a newsletter with consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
- meeting statutory accounting, tax and other duties under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. How long we retain data
Inquiry and contract data is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and for applicable accounting or limitation periods. Account data is kept until the account or service ends, subject to legal duties. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. A technical session ends when the browser closes, form-protection records expire after about 10 minutes, and cookie preferences are stored for 180 days.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be provided to suppliers supporting hosting, email, IT security, accounting, legal advice, transport or project delivery, only to the extent required for their task and under appropriate obligations.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area will use a GDPR-compliant mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. Whether data is required
Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are necessary to submit a form, create an account or receive a requested service. Without them, we may be unable to respond.
